Hey, my name is Eric. I'm 23 y/o, LDS, a college student, and this is my page about health, style, and better living. If there's anything else you wanna know, just hit me up!
To anyone making a new year’s resolution, stop it. You’re never going to do it, as nobody ever does. New Year’s Day seems to have a common trend of starting something with the hope of “This year will be different”, only to find that it is exactly the same as any other. Then you loose motivation as the year goes on, and you’re back to the same routine as before. Rather, whatever this resolution is, start it tomorrow. If you’re serious about it, don’t make some lame resolution about it; make it happen now. Do it because it’s just another Monday, the start of a new week, and every Monday that follows will be no less important than this one, which means your motivation should always remain the same as it is at this very moment. You can do anything you want if you put your soul into it, not because it’s a new year, but because you want it just as much every single day of your life, and you work for it, hard. Ah, then you will see the results you desire.
